（軍聞社記者周力行桃園18日電）「世界雖然殘酷，但只要你願意走，總會有路。」國防部「心理健康月」巡迴宣教今日在陸軍後勤訓練中心展開首場活動，國軍心理衛生中心邀請TEDxTaipei魅力演說家陳美麗演講，網稱「烏克麗麗姐姐」的歌手王紫蓓也搭配演說現場彈奏帶動唱，兩人一說一唱，為現場陸軍官兵帶來強大的正能量，也為心理健康巡迴宣教活動，邁出成功的第一步。
此次巡迴宣教以「向心微笑說Hello，對正能量說Yes」為主題，規劃系列活動，協助國軍人員培養積極樂活、正向思考等態度，首場上午在陸軍漢陽營區中正堂舉行，在北區心理衛生中心心輔老師的帶動下，帶領全場官兵跳「洗腦甩肩舞」暖場；隨後則由政戰主任胡上校介紹今天的演說及演出者，為今天精采的演說揭開序幕。
曾獲得周大觀文教基金會「2016年第19屆全球熱愛生命獎章」的陳美麗老師，在今天的演講中分享她自己「浴火重生」的生命故事；陳美麗指出，當她正處「人生勝利組」的巔峰時期，遭遇這輩子最大的意外變故，燒燙傷讓她歷經4年痛苦的復健過程，才從醫院與家中重返社會。
然而，重回社會並不是那麼容易，陳美麗燒毀重建後的容貌，受盡各界的異樣眼光，月薪也從燒燙傷前的十多萬到剩下八千元，但是她從不放棄努力，甚至一天只睡兩小時為考取各式證照，重回職場核心，重獲成功。
現在陳美麗更以自身的經歷四處分享，激勵燒燙傷友；上午的演講中她自嘲式的幽默、笑料不斷，講到關鍵詞更配合王紫蓓帶來勵志歌曲彈唱，告訴官兵，她就是這樣激勵自己的，更讓官兵觸碰她重建的五官與傷疤，展現她過人的意志與極正面的思考方式，也向官兵和世人宣告，現在的她就跟正常人沒兩樣。
陳美麗說，「人生中所有得到的都是禮物，失去的都是體悟，沒什麼好埋怨的」、「人生問題的解決之道，首先在於有能力改變自己的想法，生命隨之改變」，鼓勵官兵以積極正向的思考，不對自己的人生設限，只要願意挑戰極限，就能突破自己，重拾精采人生。
